About the Position

Kira Creativa is seeking a passionate CRM Specialist to join our growing team. As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and improving our CRM system, as well as assisting our sales and marketing teams in achieving their targets. 

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain Kira Creativa's CRM system

2. Analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities

3. Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer conversion and retention

4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and increase sales

5. Provide training and support to the team on the CRM system

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM trends and technologies 

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service/CRM

2. Reliable ability to use Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Live in Padang

6. Passion for helping businesses grow
