Job description & requirements

Responsibilities:


  1. Monitoring all project managers and squads’ well-being and capacity.

  2. Monitoring all ongoing projects in all squads including all development progress and other important issues from executive level.

  3. Be part in the ideation process, project scoping and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility in all projects from executive level.

  4. Giving strategic level advice and decision related to resources utilization and forecast, scheduling and timeline, budgeting, project profit and loss control and other items related to the committed scope of works.

  5. Handling risk and issue management as well as managing relationship with internal and external stakeholders to give clear visibility and updates.

  6. Managing dependencies with all stakeholders and ensuring no roadblock in ongoing projects.

  7. Identifying and communicating any (potential) deviations, issues, roadblocks to stakeholders as well as facilitating any necessary mitigation and mediation between different stakeholders to resolve them.

  8. Actively promoting Agile methodology and helping team to follow Agile and Scrum working frame/culture.

  9. Be the inspiration for the team to perform and deliver great work in consistent manner, delivering the highest quality of deliverables.

Qualifications:


  1. Working experience as Project Manager or Scrum Master min. 3 years, preferably in banking and financial service industry.

  2. Knowledge of IT concept and system as well as software development methodology (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

  3. Understanding of technical issues at the high level.

  4. Understanding of Agile methodology, values, and development procedures.

  5. Owning and implementing good leadership values to facilitate the team to achieve their highest potentials in delivering the highest standard of deliverables.

  6. Full of initiatives, highly reliable and independent.

  7. Experience in using project management tools in projects, such as JIRA, Trello, etc.

  8. Proficient in Office applications such as MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, and other similar programs.

  9. Willing to work onsite if necessary.
