Job description:


  1. Define and continuously fine-tune communication blueprint across buying stages

  2. Ongoing management of audience segmentation and tactical lifecycle email campaigns (writing, scheduling, testing, and deployment)

  3. Set up nurturing flow to convert cold leads into potential customers

  4. Generate demands through personalized campaigns based on the buying stages of leads

  5. Set up performance dashboard and provide weekly progress reports based on defined metrics

  6. Support email marketing needs of other stakeholders

  7. Work with other stakeholders to Integrate CRM marketing programs to ensure consistency of campaigns & messaging across channels

Requirements:


  1. Demonstrated experience in operating CRM and managing personalized email campaigns at scale

  2. Proven experience in effective email marketing technique and in conducting tests and experiments

  3. Able to develop persuasive copywriting in email and other creative formats

  4. Familiar with analytics to set up performance dashboard for real-time tracking and reporting

  5. Prior B2B experience is a plus
